Apex randomly reset, no clue

Hello

My apex is running in vehicle, with ac inverter and 19v ac-dc adapter.
It was okay at very first, but recently it gets restarted everyday without anything left in log
One of the most important reason I bought apex is because of its durability I expect.
Xavier dev kit had very severe random reset issue, but it got fine when I replaced it into apex.
Now it also happens in apex just like dev kit, I have no idea what to do.

We are sad to hear this.
But seems we need more debug information from your side...
Because it's the first time we face similar behavior.

Could you please help to judge the following information?

1. have to log capture, connect to apex's debug UART, would help to get the status at that time.
2. Check the connection of the ac-dc, to see if the connection is good. Change a ac-dc if possible to identify whether it's ac-dc related.
3. Monitor the device temperature through a script. (Not likely happen in winter, just make it sure)

Since you mentioned without anything left in log, it's hard for us to identify the issue.

program running in the system always checks temperature, so it's unlikely a problem
ac-dc connection is stable as well

Hi Youngtaek

For step 1, we want to find some clue from the debug output. But usually it's hard to connect a PC to debug port all the time, so we will suggest to use similar device as below during test.

Another method is to put the device on another environment, and see whether reboot will happen.
